Remarkable Software LLC ("Remarkable Software," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- What you send us. When you submit our contact form, we collect the details you provide — your name, company, email, optional phone number, and the message about what you're trying to solve.
- Usage analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics (cookieless) and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, how you arrived, general location and device type, and whether a contact form was submitted. We use this only to improve the site. No advertising pixels, and we don't use analytics data to target ads.
How we use it
We use the information you send solely to respond to your inquiry and, if we work together, to deliver our services. We do not sell or rent your information, and we don't share it except with the service providers below who help us operate the site.
Service providers
- Postmark — delivers contact-form submissions to us by email.
- Cloudflare Turnstile — protects the form from spam and abuse.
- Vercel — hosts the site and provides cookieless analytics.
- Google Analytics — measures site usage. Google's handling of this data is described in How Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (such as _ga) to tell visits apart
and measure site usage. We don't use advertising cookies. You can block or delete cookies in
your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics on every site with Google's
opt-out browser add-on.
Data retention & your rights
We keep inquiries for as long as needed to respond and to maintain our business records. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you've sent at any time — just email hello@remarkablesoftware.io.
